RSPS came into existense in response to the rising and ever worsening state of safety and security plaguing our country and community, founded by Firas Nusire. Upon graduating from the University of Jordan in 1987 with a Bachelor's in Political Science, Firas worked under a USAID contract as "Research Assistant/ Interpreter" with U.S expatriats helping with logistics, housing, and being the escort and the local guide.
His security/investigations journey started in Philadelphia in the summer of 1990 accumulating experience in the following:
Firas's involvement in fraud investigations over the years resulted in the dismanteling of several counterfeiting and fencing rings that were operating in the PA/NJ/NY Tri state area, in addition to the first arrest on U.S soil involving an international counterfitting ring operating in Nigeria and Liberia. All this was possible due to working closely with various local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Apart from the Security/Investigations line of work, Firas managed to successfully own and run several Check Cashing, Pawn, Auto Titling & Registration businesses in Bucks and Philadelphia counties, until October of 2020.
